Would you like to be part of a truly integrated, innovative, provision that aims to keep young people aged 11-18years with severe mental health issues, behavioural, and emotional problems within their own community?

HOPE works in partnership with CAMHS, Surrey Families Directorate including social care and education to provide supportive interventions that will reduce or prevent the possibility of young people being referred to Tier 4 hospital admission or out of county placement. Part of this role may include the re-integration of the young person back to full-time education provision

We have an integrated team of staff from various disciplines including nurses, social workers, teachers, therapists, psychologists and support workers. We are looking for a well-motivated, experienced and innovative teacher who can assist with learning to support a robust community and day programme.

Ideally you will be an innovative English specialist who will be able to offer some teaching in PSHE. An interest in sport/fitness would be helpful. Your teaching time will include time working with young people with special needs or with emotional and behavioural issues.

An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure, POCA and POVA check will be required for this role.
