Teacher

We’re looking for a good primary classroom teacher with energy, ambition and a commitment to improving student outcomes. You’ll be keen to make a real difference to the lives of your students, and be committed to the school’s ethos of high expectations for all. Experienced teachers and NQTs are encouraged to apply. Fast-tracking through the MPG pay scale is available for proven impact in the classroom.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To be an exemplary classroom practitioner, regularly capable of securing good or better than good grades during lesson observation
2. To secure good student outcomes and progress for all students and target groups within your class
3. To develop a stimulating and engaging learning environment within the classroom

Visits to the Academy prior to interviews are encouraged.
