Required from 1st September an experienced teaching assistant to support a statemented child in Year 4 across all areas of the academic and social curriculum. The post will involve 1:1 group work and working in the class.

The contract is for 34 hours, and is expected to end in August 2011. This contract could change if the statement changes and would cease if the child left before that date.

Our school is a successful, multi-ethnic, Church of England Primary School. We offer a calm, purposeful working environment, with children focused on their learning. The position demands the ability to work as part of a team but at the same time to be able to work on your own initiative.
