Location:Medway 

We are looking for an experienced person with drive and energy to manage one of the six Integrated Health and Social Care Teams based across Medway. The integrated teams provide assessment, care planning, purchasing and provision of health and social care services within a defined geographic location.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of supervising and/managing others, a strong commitment to team work and to working in genuine partnership with service users, carers and colleagues from across the health and social care economy and other key agencies. You will need to have a proven record of managing complex situations and be skilled in communicating with others, flexible in your thinking and approach and effective in handling pressure. You should be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to equal opportunities and have a sound knowledge of current legislation and guidance, including the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults.
