Team Manager - Specialist Housing Management (Part Time)

We are looking to recruit an organised and driven Team Manager who has the ability to lead and motivate the team to ensure that tenant focused landlord services are delivered.Working as part of the Specialist Housing Management Team you will be responsible for delivering performance improvements across tenancy / estate management and customer services.You will be looking at ways to continuously improve performance and overall customer satisfaction and improving value for money services.You will be performance focused, able to effectively problem resolve and negotiate at a senior level and understand Supported Housing Management’s strategic goals.The ability to liaise at all levels, coupled with strong influencing and communication skills are essential.If you would like to discuss the role in more detail please contact George Nortey, Service Manager on 020 7288 4021.
