As Technical Administrator you will provide a tenant focused approach to the delivery and project admin support for the Planned and Cyclical Works Programmes, which meet Resident and MHP needs.
It is essential that the candidate has a basic technical knowledge of Maintenance contracts and repair processes as well as basic understanding of data and survey collection. Previous working experience within Social Housing Area is desirable.
This position represents the opportunity for a person with the right blend of technical and personal skills to join us at an extremely exciting stage of our development.
