Telecare services support the independence of vulnerable people in their own homes using a range of technology to monitor a person’s home environment and their personal safety.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with considerable post-qualification experience working in social care or health.
You will have experience of working with carers, older people or adults with disabilities in need. You should have a working knowledge of telecare and have experience of providing telecare equipment to meet assessed needs.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for developing the telecare provision in North Somerset to align with developments in Telehealth being introduced by NHS North Somerset. You will have experience of managing change, developing and managing new services and have the ability to build strong partnerships within a multi disciplinary environment.
This post is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitations of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
