Temporary Economic Regeneration Officer (Marketing)

We are recruiting an Economic Regeneration Officer (Marketing) to work within a small multi-disciplinary team of dedicated professionals. With an experienced background in marketing and ideally economic development or regeneration, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and able to liaise with designers, businesses, contractors and external partners to raise the profile of the Borough as an inward investment and visitor destination.
You will develop, implement and manage marketing strategies, input into wider strategies for the Housing and Regeneration service area and be responsible for the co-ordination and day-to-day operation of marketing campaigns, which will assist the Council’s income generation objectives. The post holder will also develop and participate in business networks and events with other partners as appropriate.

This post is subject to external funding and temporary for 12 months.
