Temporary Part-Time Family Learning Session Leaders Required

We are looking to appoint two part-time session workers to jointly run family fun workshops. This project will involve family teams creating small-scale working models to compete in a ‘Whacky Races Competition’ based on Scrapheap Challenge.

Responsibilities include planning, delivery and supervision of the design and build of each challenge, as well as some evaluations.

The regular 1.5 hour sessions will take place on Saturday mornings, usually in blocks of 8 weeks per term.

Experience of working with children/families is essential and the usual CRB checks will be undertaken.

This 5 year project has been funded by The National Lottery through The Big Lottery Fund.
