We are looking to appoint a Temporary Personnel Officer on a secondment/fixed term contract until 31 March 2009

You will have significant experience within a personnel environment in local government in providing technical advice in relation to disciplinary policy, grievances, and terms and conditions of service along with a professional integrity and the confidence to make quick and accurate decisions in case work.

For this post, you should also demonstrate in your application a commitment to equal opportunities practice, awareness and strong understanding of Employment Law, and a willingness to support the continuous improvement of quality Human Resources services.
