Temporary Senior Housing Officer

Salary Band F – £26,276 – £29,236 per annum
(progression to £30,851 is dependent on excellent performance)
Maternity Cover – initial 6 month contract with a view to extending up to 12 months

We are looking for someone who has two years housing experience and with excellent communication skills, along with the ability
to shape and develop the recently established team.

This role will require a flexible working approach, with particular emphasis on tenancy and estate management. You will need to have experience of staff management including experience of developing a performance management culture. Working knowledge of housing legislation and experience of case management for anti-social behaviour is essential.

Housing Managements focus on delivering a high quality service means the successful candidate should be confident in dealing with challenging established practices, reviewing policies and procedures to continually improve customer service and performance.
