Can you help those that need help most? We are looking for a Tenancy Adviser to join our Home Support Housing Management Team and manage a caseload of supported customers. You’ll provide outstanding customer service and advice, helping to resolve tenancy issues and ensuring that our properties reach the right standard. Your aim will be help our most vulnerable tenants manage their tenancy effectively to lead independent lives with confidence.
This role demands the ability to empathize and communicate with vulnerable people from all walks of life. You’ll also need to understand supported housing legislation, demonstrate excellent PC skills, and have a clean UK driver’s licence.
