Tenancy Management Advisor – up to 12 month contract
HS/1536/SA

Salary: £27,945 – £31,935
Scale SO1/SO2

You will be responsible for ensuring that issues concerning all tenancy matters are dealt with. You will be the first point of contact for residents on matters concerning tenancy conditions, assignment/succession, choice based lettings, mutual exchanges and domestic violence cases. You will work as part of a team carrying out home visits, viewings, sign-ups and assisting the team leader with the tracking of voids in order to achieve the standards residents expect. You may be required to deal with anti-social behaviour cases as directed by the Team Leader.

You will have:

• Relevant experience of providing advice and practical assistance to the public in the social housing field / or equivalent
• Experience of working in, and delivering services to, a multi-cultural and diverse community.
• Knowledge of relevant housing legislation concerning tenancy enforcement and tenancy changes.
• The ability to meet the performance targets and standards set for the organisation.
