Tenancy Officer (Job Share 17.5 hours)

The role

Lewisham Homes is a dynamic and improving organisation, we have achieved two stars from the Audit Commission, and are committed to working with residents to deliver excellent and efficient services.

As part of the reorganisation of our tenancy management service, we are seeking an enthusiastic tenancy officer to join our growing team, in a job share with the current post holder. The working week will be Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 5.00pm.

Pepys Housing Office, 1a Eddystone Tower, Oxestalls Road, Deptford, SE8 3QU.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confident and energetic individual with a passion for customer service. As a tenancy officer, you’ll provide first class housing management services, including dealing with low level antisocial behaviour, and we will count on your superb communication, time management and organisational skills.

Housing experience is not essential.
