Reducing re-offending in the Thames Valley

In this key role you will work with offenders to reduce offending, assist rehabilitation and protect the public. You will contribute to the assessment of risk through the accurate assessment, referral, assessment and treatment of offenders, and liaise closely with Treatment Managers and offender managers.

A relevant qualification or experience in teaching, training, psychology or similar would be an advantage, but more important will be your commitment to providing offenders with a sophisticated approach to rehabilitation and your ability to relate positively with offenders in group and individual settings.

Interviews will take place on the 20th September 2012. Successful candidate must be available to attend training in November 2012.
