Behaviour Evaluation Support Team

The B.E.S.T. Project provides a managed environment to enable children and young with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour to be assessed. The staff team devise behaviour management plans that are implemented which promote positive behaviours. These programmes are then transferred to other settings and enable the child to remain at home.

We are currently looking to recruit to the following vacancies :

Trainee Family Support Behavioural Worker
You will have:

  • Minimum of one years experience voluntary or paid capacity with children or people with learning disability.
  • You must be able to demonstrate evidence of general broad based education. Level of literacy to write clear and accurate notes.

You must work to achieve NVQ level 3 qualification once you are in post.

An enhanced disclosure check with the Criminal Records Bureau will be undertaken for these posts
