So forget tracking down payments and listening to complaints – and start making a difference to people’s lives instead.
Although our extensive training will prepare you for just about any call, it’s important that you can assess situations rapidly, make quick decisions under pressure and get your point across first time.
We’re also looking for people with proven experience from a customer facing role and sound basic IT skills. Knowledge of a minority ethnic or second European language would be beneficial but is not essential.
