About the Position…Vendor Manager

Manage the operational and strategicrelationships with all suppliers to the ICT organisation, ensuring effectiveness and value for money, as well as adherence to contract terms and SLA’s.

As the Vendor Manager you will provide strategic direction to The Hyde ICT Department in the selection of external Suppliers to meet the overall department’sobjectives. Promote innovative conceptsof delivering high level of service from all suppliers and archive costsaving.

Lead and manage the software licence compliance and hardware warranties for all Hyde’s systems.
