Welfare Benefits Officer

With great customer service and communication skills, you’ll provide a high quality customer orientated service, attending roadshows and events, giving advice on all welfare benefits, including Housing Benefits and Council Tax Benefits. A clean UK driving licence and use of a car is essential, as you’ll be visiting vulnerable adults in their homes to carry out financial assessments under fairer charging policy.
