Workforce Development Manager

Location:Based in Loughborough

You will manage the team who support the development of our workforce and work with the Service’s Training and Development Manager to help to shape and ensure the delivery of key targets. With a diploma in management studies or equivalent you will also have a thorough understanding of assessment and development centres and competency based learning. You will have experience of designing and delivering presentations to a range of people including senior management with high level verbal skills sufficient to communicate complex and sensitive issues in a straightforward way. Also to have a confident and resilient approach to be able to persuade and encourage acceptance of new processes.
