Year 6 Leader & Community Manager

This is an ideal management post for an innovative and effective teacher who is interested in developing links with strategic partners beyond the school, recruiting and managing volunteers, inducting new staff into their roles and continuing to build our successful and diverse school community.

We are looking for an excellent and ambitious teacher who has leadership potential and the ability to form very positive relationships with a range of people.

You will be working with a friendly, energetic and supportive management team who put children at the heart of everything they do. You will be entitled to additional non-contact time to fulfil your management duties.

An additional teacher from our current staff will be deployed with the class if the successful candidate takes over before the SATs tests this year, to ensure continuity for the class and to help you.

We are a good school continuing to move forward, our teachers are creative and talented, our children are very well behaved and love to learn, and our parents are very supportive.

The school had a successful OFSTED inspection in November 2011.
