Do you believe that young people can make a difference within their community and are you committed to inspiring and supporting them along the way?

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated person to work within the Youth Service and lead the effective youth participation agenda in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. You will be responsible for ensuring the involvement of young people aged 8–19 in service planning, delivery and evaluation, with a focus on providing opportunities for young people in care or leaving care children in care/leaving care to engage in decision making processes and positive activities.

This post requires someone with the ability and confidence to communicate and present effectively to individuals at all levels, including professionals, elected members, young people and groups of young people will be essential.
