Wokingham Youth Offending Team is committed to becoming an outstanding YOT, already the YOS is recognised for its dynamic practise and outstanding performance. We are looking for an experienced YOS manager to continue this good work with a high standard of performance, practice and positive outcomes.

You will be responsible for management oversight and leading a team to perform to a first class standard, ensuring case management and operational practice is defensible and risk led. You will demonstrate the ability to deliver effective supervision. You will be required to be knowledgeable in working with vulnerable young people and demonstrate expertise in relation to the criminal justice system and have a sound understanding of relevant legislation.
