About the job
Work patterns include 3 or 4 regular evening shifts (6:45-9:45pm), plus twilight (3:15-6:15pm), weekend and residential work.
You’ll be working with young people to help realise their aspirations, developing their informal education. In conjunction with other staff you’ll help deliver an innovative programme of exciting activities for young people.A range of youth arts bases projects under the “360 Youth Theatre” brand are provided based at the Compass Community Theatre in Ickenham. The unit delivers specialist informal education for young people with a focus on those aged 13 to 19. These programmes enable young people to achieve recorded, certificated and accredited learning outcomes that recognise their achievements.
About the person
We’re looking for someone committed to making a difference to young people, so previous experience and being able to relate to them is key. Happy to work as part of a team you’ll also be able to work on your own initiative, be keen to tackle new things and be willing to take responsibility.
