You will offer independent advice to people in debt or experiencing welfare benefits problems, as part of a new team delivering a range of social welfare law services in the borough of Sandwell. You will take on complex casework, as well as coaching and mentoring colleagues and overseeing casework quality. With a strong background in debt or welfare benefits advice, preferably to LSC or equivalent standard, you are well organised, results-driven and client focused.
