Management Development Programme Officer
We are looking for a Management Development Programme Officer to:-
- Lead on the development and implementation of a management
development strategy designed to develop individual managers and build sustainable management capacity across the organisation over a number of years.
- Ensure that the strategy is in line with the Council’s priorities and
objectives including a one Council approach to people management.
- Provide high quality support, advice and guidance to service departments on management development interventions and building managerial capacity.
- Promote and encourage the development of a continuous improvement culture across the Council through the promotion of best practice in organisation and people management, recognising individuality and breaking down barriers to equality of opportunity.
