To work in a team under the direction of a teacher and to assist in the education and care of students at Greenvale School for students with severe learning difficulties. Together with the teachers, support staff will help to implement the equal opportunities policies of the authority.

HLTA pay rate APT&C scale 6 point 26-28 (£24,588 – £26,025) pro rata. Actual salary £20978.48 – £22204.53 approx. 35 hours, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only. Applicants must hold the HLTA qualification.
TSA pay rate APT&C scale 5 point 22-25 (22,086 – £23,916) pro rata. Actual salary £18843.76 – £20405.13 approx. 35 hours, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only. Applicants must hold the NNEB certificate or the BTEC Diploma (Child Care), or NVQ level 3 (Child Care/Education) qualification.
