Based in Sandhurst Primary School(.5)and Brenchley & Matfield Primary School(.5)
The role will be to provide support and information to parents of children attending the schools and to investigate concerns raised by parents, pupils and teachers as agreed by the Headteachers. The role will also help to support the work of the local community building links with other schools.
The PSA will liaise with all school staff and be involved with parents in developing a nurturing environment and build foundations of trust and security in children and families.
You will need:
• A good basic education
• Previous experience of working with parents and families
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills
• Flexibility
