This is an ideal role for someone looking for their first full-time role in youth work. A JNC qualification is essential (although we will consider applicants who are about to complete), and you will need the maturity and vision to work as part of the team delivering detached youth work across Dartford and Gravesham. Solution-driven and innovative in your methods, you’ll be inspired by the opportunity to deliver far-reaching results.
Sound partnerships are formed with local secondary schools, district council and the third sector ensuring that Young People are really getting some great opportunities. You will support the work of the Dartford and Gravesham Community Safety Partnership.
