Responsible for planning, designing, delivering and evaluating all aspects of training to meet the needs of the Force, police area, team and individual, you will liaise with senior management to formulate a rolling training needs analysis and maintain a regular training strategy.
Written and oral communication skills are essential, together with the ability to work as part of a team. You will also have a recognised training qualification.
With recent and relevant experience in a training role, your experience of using initiative, problem solving and decision making skills will contribute to your effectiveness. It is essential that you are IT literate and flexible in your approach to working tasks and hours. A full driving licence is desirable and you need to be prepared to travel across the Oxfordshire area.
