A ship’s crew needs to work together in order for everything to run smoothly and the same can be said for the team here at MCA. A talented and committed bunch, you’ll help to keep them firmly on course by taking control of the electronic staff handbook and implementing new policies that guide us in our work and promote a joined up approach to continued success.
Essential to our organisation, this is your opportunity to use your strong influencing skills to steer change, adjusting HR policies to reflect changing employment law.
With your guidance, our staff will be able to carry out their duties safely and confidently, and the MCA will continue to protect our coasts, seas and people.
