We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Learning & Development Team and take a lead in delivering our training strategy. You’ll manage a training budget, coordinate the annual training needs analysis, and plan, deliver and evaluate the training that will keep us at the top of our game.

You’ll be part qualified or working towards CIPD or a relevant training qualification with experience of delivering training, including writing briefs, outsourcing, and evaluating outcomes. You’ll demonstrate the administration and IT skills to keep a busy programme running smoothly and the communication abilities to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners. Above all, you’ll be passionate about the potential of our staff and driven to help them be the best they can be.

This post is a fixed term contract until July 2009 with the possibility of permanent employment.

Provisional interview dates: 23 and 27 January 2009.
