Here at London Probation, we’re looking for a talented HR Adviser to manage transactional HR processes and act as the first point of contact for queries and advice from across the organisation.

Providing a high-quality service to your client group across a range of HR matters, you’ll work closely with the Senior HR Advisor to ensure the effective management of employee relations cases. This will include sickness monitoring, Occupational Health referrals, liaising with staff and managers, setting up hearings and assisting Investigating Officers and hearing panels. You will also oversee the efficient running of administration and payroll processes and assist in the development of policies, procedures and ad hoc projects.

As well as the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team, you’ll need the administrative and organisational skills to deal with a high volume of work, set priorities and meet deadlines. The ability to make sound judgements based on the analysis and assimilation of information is also required together with well-developed IT skills, including use of an HR database.

You will be CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
