Working pattern:Part Time, Permanent position 

Location:Emergency Duty Team, Neville Grange, Saltaire, Bradford

This is a challenging role and you will work alongside Admin and Care Management Colleagues to improve our financial and management information systems.

You will have specific responsibility for the maintenance of computerised/manual financial records and payments and preparation of financial/statistical information, ensuring Management receive up to date information.

You will implement and maintain administration and financial procedures and assist in the development of new or alternative procedures and will provide effective administration and monitoring of budgets and statistical information.

It is essential you have:-

  • A minimum of 3 years experience of general office duties, of which 1 year must be in managing finance and management information systems.
  • NVQ Level 3 Admin or BTEC National, or equivalent
  • RSA 2 or equivalent in typing or word processing OR a pre – selection test to demonstrate competency at this level.
  • GCSE (A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience in developing administrating systems and producing statistical based reports, using spreadsheets and databases.

Post 1 Hours
Monday 07:00 – 12:30 (5.30 hrs)
Tuesday 07:00 – 15:30 1 hour for lunch (7.30 hrs)
Wednesday 07:00 12:30 (5.30 hrs)

Post 2 Hours
Monday 07:00 – 12:30 (5.30 hrs)
Thursday 07:00 – 15:30 1 hour for lunch (7.30 hrs)
Friday 07:00 – 12:30 (5.30 hrs)

An enhanced disclosure check with the Criminal Records Bureau will be undertaken for this post
