The post holders will work as part of the Community Occupational Therapy Service for physically disabled people who are living in or are the responsibility of the Borough of Lewisham. Under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist, maximize their physical and social functioning and enable them to remain within the community for as long as possible, by assessing their needs, assisting with the provision of equipment adaptations, and rehabilitation programmes, and offering support.
