We are looking for someone to provide high level administrative support to the Health Improvement Team, supporting them in their delivery of services to address health inequalities across Waltham Forest.

Using your excellent I.T and statistical analysis skills, you will have responsibility for entering client records, undertaking analysis of health records and maintaining and making changes as required to our SPSS database.

You will have previous administration experience, and will possess a high standard of communication skills, which will enable you to be pro-active in supporting a team of Household Health Improvement Managers. You will support them in managing their files, booking appointments with clients, and working with the team to improve attendance. Using client health needs assessment data, you will provide reports on clients’ health profiles and programme impact.
