We are seeking Duty Managers to work at our Borough Sports and Fitness Centres. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and committed leisure professionals looking for their first step on the management ladder to join the sports & fitness teams at one of our dual use facilities in Teddington, Whitton, Hampton and Shene.

Amongst the facilities offered by our Centres are multi purpose sports halls, squash courts, floodlit all-weather pitches including football pitches, tennis courts, fitness centres equipped with the latest Life Fitness equipment and exercise / dance studios.

Duty Managers report to the Area Manager / Centre Manager on site and will assist in the efficient day to day operation of the Sports and Fitness Centres and will also supervise activities, conduct fitness inductions and assessments, subject to qualifications. Other duties will include front of house reception work, organising and co-ordinating sports activity programmes, together with Health & Safety duties.

A sports/leisure related degree/HND, fitness and sports coaching qualifications and some experience within the leisure industry would all be an advantage.

You will be required to work on a shift system, including evening and weekend working.
