An exciting opportunity has arisen to become Countryside Rangers within the new Countryside Service. The new Rangers will carry out the enforcement of byelaws and national legislation, general estate management and will be involved in the interpretation of the countryside including guided walks and talks.
You will be working within Reigate & Banstead Borough Council’s owned parks and open spaces on manual duties as well as patrolling and all roles appropriate to countryside management and rangering. A current clean driving licence is essential. Employment with the Council will also be subject to enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) clearance.
