Treatment Manager – Reducing Violence Unit

Working with offenders to reduce offending, assist rehabilitation and protect the public, you will maintain and ensure the treatment integrity of Thames Valley programmes and provide day to day supervision to accredited Programme Facilitators. You will also ensure the accurate preparation of reports and examine session evaluation notes and video.
For this post you will need to demonstrate the requisite skills to undertake effectively the treatment management of programmes. You will also need to hold an appropriate PO qualification (DipPS, DipSW, CQSW) OR a professional qualification combined with relevant post-qualification experience in Teaching, Training, Psychology or similar.
You will be trained in the delivery of at least two Accredited Programmes and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively and confidently with others in groups, individual settings and meetings. An enthusiasm and commitment to working with and rehabilitating offenders is essential.
