At Hyde, our customers come first in everything we do. That’s why we’re looking for passionate, determined and creative customer service professionals for our London and Kent Repairs Customer Contact Centres.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Services in this key role, you’ll manage a cost effective and performance orientated front line repairs customer contact centre in an incredibly demanding environment. In addition, you’ll be responsible for budget expenditure and overall performance of London and Kent repairs contact centres.
We’re looking for excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels as you’ll need to lead and inspire your team to achieve Hyde South East’s goals of quality customer service and professional management.
You’ll need to demonstrate delivery of real service improvements and, working closely with Property Services, contractors and residents, and using call centre technology, you’ll strive for service excellence, which meets and exceeds expectations.
Regular travel to our Maidstone office will be required and in return we’ll give you 26-30 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme and great training and development opportunities.
