We’re looking for a great individual who is passionate about customer service, has a real ‘can-do’ attitude and is willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Using Call Centre technology and call recording, we take great pride in delivering excellent customer service. We’re looking to you to provide a ‘one-stop shop’ first call service to customers across a wide range of housing service functions and to undertake the usual associated admin duties.

Naturally you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You’ll need an eye for detail, good keyboard and advanced IT skills with experience of working in a busy front line customer service environment using call centre technology.

Other duties will include reception cover as required, dealing with written correspondence, invoices, and other admin tasks.

Assessment days: 22 & 23 January at Lewisham Office.

Interviews: 27, 28 & 29 January at Lewisham Office.
