We are currently looking for an energetic and confident person to take ownership of the role of Residential Lettings Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to secure and maintain Pathmeads Residential position in the market for procuring and managing properties whilst ensuring economic viability and delivering quality services.
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Can you manage a team of staff in a performance management environment? Do you have the drive and determination to ensure targets/objectives are met?
This post holder must demonstrate an awareness of the property environment and also significant experience within the residential lettings environment. You’ll be confident in procuring new clients whilst maintaining excellent customer service to the existing portfolio.
You must be I.T. Literate as well as having experience in dealing with budgetary planning and applying effective marketing strategies to meet objectives.
A full drivers licence is required as well as use of own vehicle.
