A temporary vacancy has arisen based in the North East Management Team. This post will initially be based at the Stainforth Area Office,

St Leger Homes of Doncaster is a new non profit Arms Length Management Organisation that manages around 22,000 houses on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council.

Working as part of a team of Arrears Officers, this role will include providing support to customers, within a designated geographical area, ensuring that rent account payments are up to date and taking enforcement action where necessary.

You should have good communication skills and a commitment to the principles of customer care, and will have experience of working in a rent collection or recovery related role.

This post is temporary on a full-time basis.

Although this position is initially based at Stainforth, St Leger Homes of Doncaster may ask the post holder to work at other locations within the authority in order to fulfil business requirements.
