Part time Night Support Worker

You will provide and monitor on-going support and guidance that is sensitive to the needs of the individuals that will enable them to achieve independence and maximum quality of life.
This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.
The hours of work are 11pm to 2am. This is a job share position as the service needs to be covered 7 nights a week. It is envisaged that one post holder will work 3 nights and the other 4. However this can be arranged flexibly between the two post holders. Therefore hours of work will either be 9 or 12 hours per week.
You will be covering three projects, all within 10 minutes drive of each other, as such use of a car is essential.
