Housing Advice Officer (Learning Disabilities)

Location:Based in Weston-super-Mare

This is a new post which will involve the successful candidate working closely with the Adult Care Team (Learning Disability), housing providers, care homes and Housing Options and Advice Team. The main duties of the post will be to work with service users and their families to identify and offer a range of housing options for people with learning disabilities to ensure that they have an opportunity to live as independently as possible.

Ideally you will have a background in either housing or learning disabilities and have the ability to be able to cross over between disciplines.
