The Economic Regeneration Agency’s Architectural Consultancy unit requires a Condition Surveyor, HNC qualified in a related subject or holding a trade based qualification to Advanced Craft level. The post holder will have substantial experience in undertaking and producing property condition surveys in a non-domestic setting. Knowledge of building maintenance and refurbishment techniques is essential. Applications are invited from building surveyors and dual discipline engineers.
