Estates Project Manager

As a key member of the Asset Management Team you will deliver a broad range of strategic asset management plans and major capital projects on behalf of the Care Trust Plus.

As an experienced project manager you will be responsible for all aspects of procurement necessary to deliver the diverse and complex property related capital programme.

In this role you will undertake property reviews, produce feasibility studies, option appraisal, whole life cost analysis and develop detailed business cases.

Leading on the development and implementation of the CTP’s capital investment strategy you will develop effective partnerships with the NHS, public sector & independent sector bodies.

You must be educated to degree level or equivalent and MRICS qualified or equivalent.
