You will be responsible for managing the delivery of the electrical repairs, maintenance and stock investment contracts throughout the Group for all housing, associated land/buildings and in respect of corporate buildings.

This will include the technical day-to-day monitoring of electrical services and installations including heating, lifts, controlled entry/CCTV, communications equipment, ventilation, fire fighting equipment, lighting conductors, etc.

You will work with contractor and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to achieve and sustain best-in-class electrical engineering services with excellent customer satisfaction.
