Working within the QS Team a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor is required with knowledge of pre and post contract QS duties, contract procedure rules, construction law and dispute resolution.

The post holder will lead and develop short term work plans for delivering specific project work, will act as client representative/project manager in the provision of a full procurement service for building and other related projects.
