The Economic Regeneration Agency’s Architectural Consultancy unit requires a Building Maintenance Technician with a qualification in an appropriate field. The post holder will assist in the successful delivery of the services of the Building Maintenance Unit and must have knowledge of building construction, building maintenance and refurbishment techniques. The ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
